Some simple rules for complaints:
1. Use options down below or (Quick Submit Form) my e-mail address:

2. You must provide your Zone name that you were playing under.
3. You must provide time a date when the incident took place.
4. You must provide the name of the IMS or Iron_Mule_# member who the complaint is
directed.
5. You must provide any proof or screen shots in a .jpg form only. Please, no bmp files.
6. I'm sure you can understand it not a pleasant being in charge of
the complaint department. Therefore, kindly use common courtesy in your statement.
Complaints with foul language will be immediately discarded and no further action will be taken.
IMS apologizes for any unpleasant experiences you may have had with our members. We try real hard to build a good reputation of fair fighting without cheating of any form. All our members are informed to behave in a friendly and courteous manner. Immediate expulsion from the IMS will be enforced on any member guilty of wrongdoing.
Please note that IMS pilots are recruited on their skill, abilities and further trained by one of our top ace instructors. Therefore, pilots of the IMS are not going to be easily beat.
