IMS CO's Message
The Iron Mule Squadron's long standing reputation for conducting itself with the highest ethical standards has earned the trust of many squadrons as well as that of the general public.
The Iron Mule Squadron is committed to conducting fair play in accordance with these standards and requires that all of its members strictly adhere to these standards.
The Iron Mule Squadron Code of Conduct outlines the expectations regarding appropriate individual conduct. The Code is intended to provide general guidance as to acceptable behavior. This Code out lines the standards that must be respected by the Iron Mule Squadron, its members as well as those individuals working on the Iron Mule Squadron's behalf and sets the tone for appropriate conduct. It does not address every situation or potential issue and relies upon each individual to use his or her common sense in an honest and conscientious manner.
Integrity, trust and respect are foremost amongst the Iron Mule Squadron values.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The success of the Iron Mule Squadron and its members depends upon the way in which they conduct themselves. Honesty, integrity and respect are keys to that success.
All Iron Mule Squadron members shall:
1. Conduct play fairly, honestly and with respect to all;
2. Avoid conflicts of interests;
3. Not engage in any unfair practices;
4. Not use or disclose insider information for personal gain;
5. Refrain from making any pubic statements unless specifically authorized to do so by an officer of the Iron Mule Squadron;
6. Respect the rights of all individuals and specifically refrain from any and all forms of harassment, physical, mental or sexual;
7. Comply with all Internet laws.
The above Iron Mule Code of Conduct is intended not only as a guide to how to conduct our behavior, but also to protect and support the Iron Mule Squadron and its members in the event of a breach of these guidelines. When a breach has been or may be committed, it is every members duty to seek the advice of their senior officers as to the course of action to take. All reports and inquires will be taken seriously and treated as confidential (as reasonably as possible). Retaliatory measures taken against individuals who have submitted allegation or question, in good faith, will not be tolerated.
